I love eating here. It’s the ultimate comfort food and it’s the best way to have full control over what goes into your soup. Upon entering you will be handed a plastic bowl to fill with your preferred ingredients. Take these by using the tongs in the refrigerated containers. You can pick whatever and how much you like. Just be sure to keep in mind that your bowl will be weighed. After you have added all the things - my recent favorites are rice cakes and tofu skin, as well as lots of spinach - you take it to the counter. There it is weighed and you pay and receive a beeper. You also get to pick a broth of your choice. Feel free to also mix up a dipping sauce to eat with it. Once your meal is ready, you will pick up at the counter. There is cutlery as well as napkins available. Seating is okay - not too comfy, but practical. It can be rather noisy inside. There is seating available outside if the weather permits. You can also order your food to take away, I think. I haven’t tried the bubble tea - might do so in the future. Overall, I really like eating here.
