Upon entering you will be handed a plastic bowl to fill with your preferred ingredients. Take these by using the tongs in the refrigerated containers. You can pick whatever and how much you like. Just be sure to keep in mind that your bowl will be weighed. After you have added all the things - my recent favorites are rice cakes and tofu skin, as well as lots of spinach - you take it to the counter. There it is weighed and you pay and receive a beeper. You also get to pick a broth of your choice. Feel free to also mix up a dipping sauce to eat with it. Once your meal is ready, you will pick up at the counter.
